Job Description

The Dealer performs all dealing services at an assigned table to customers in accordance with established policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.

• Performs all dealing services at an assigned table to customers in accordance with established policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
• Maintain an ongoing inspection of cards or dice, ensuring the security and integrity of the assigned table.
• Exchange the customer’s currency for gaming chips.
• Maintains outstanding levels of customer service.
• Reports directly to the Casino Floor Supervisor and above.

Qualifications

• Solid customer relations skills and professional image.
• Thorough knowledge of at least two games.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to observe and listen carefully, mental and visual alertness, peripheral vision and good eye/hand coordination.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and write.
• Displays knowledge of game protection and security procedures.
