Base pay range $46.57/hr - $53.67/hr Responsibilities Kforce is seeking a Data Analyst in support of a communications client based out of Charlotte, NC. Summary: This role requires a strong command of SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, pulling and interpreting KPI reports, identifying anomalies or performance issues, and building dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support operational and business initiatives Write complex, custom SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate large datasets Use Python with Pandas for data transformation, wrangling, and analysis Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or Power BI Conduct in-depth data investigations to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying problem areas Requirements Approximately 3 years of experience in a data analysis or data operations role Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries across large datasets Hands-on experience with Python, specifically using Pandas for data processing Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting Demonstrated ability to interpret data and present actionable insights clearly Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience with performance metrics/KPIs in a business or customer operations context Background in data validation or root cause analysis Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
