Janitorial Crew Leader 2nd shift

REGULAR PART TIME

Illuminate USA, 3600 Etna Parkway, Pataskala, OH, US

$125.00 Signing Bonus!

Pay:

2nd shift- $20.50 per hr.

Schedule: 16 hours per week- Wednesday and Thursday – 3:00pm-11:30pm

Overview
Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Job Duties:

• Supervise others in a warehouse setting
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee all work of staff
• Inspect for quality control to ensure standards are met
• Provide training to associates
• Recommend corrective actions as appropriate
• Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:

• Management experience preferred

• Maintain accurate records
• Must be 18 years or older
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Pass a criminal background check
• Lift up to 35 pounds
• Climb stairs, bend, stoop, and reach
• Walking long distances
• Customer service skills as well as communicate well with the public
• Work unsupervised for long periods of time
• Wear safety PPE (steel toed boots, vest and bump cap) provided by Goodwill, but must be returned upon leaving the company or $100 will be deducted from last pay check
