Overview Job Description Pay Range: 28-31/hour We are looking for a digital content designer and illustrator to support Product Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging digital content for online platforms, including illustrations, animations, and editing photography for email and social media to promote digital products and services. Design work may also include internal newsletters, how-to guides (job aids), one-pagers, and case studies. By creating captivating visual content, you will help drive user engagement and increase brand awareness, ensuring that digital content is informative and engaging to customers and internal stakeholders. Create internal newsletters, how-to guides (job aids), one-pagers, and case studies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content is informative, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. Qualifications 3+ years of experience working as a content designer, graphic designer, or illustrator. Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Understanding of best practices in email marketing design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro).
