KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals while meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Offer customized financial solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Present optional insurance products to customers.
• Educate customers on loan terms and conditions for transparency.
• Collaborate with local businesses to expand customer outreach.
• Utilize credit underwriting techniques and effective sales tools.
• Oversee the complete loan lifecycle, including compliance with collections regulations.

COMPENSATION:

The target base salary ranges from $19.00 to $23.00, influenced by your skills and experience. This position also offers a competitive compensation program based on individual and company performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to travel locally for business development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Bilingual in Spanish
