CNC Programmer – New Berlin, WI
1st Shift | Full-Time
Pay: $33 – $40/hr |  Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Annual Bonus

About the Role:
Our client in New Berlin is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to set up and program multi-axis mills and lathes with live tooling. You’ll create and revise programs, support production and prototypes, and ensure high-quality parts while working in a collaborative, improvement-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines using Mastercam CAD/CAM software.
• Set up machines, create tool lists, and test programs.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot machines and mentor other operators.
• Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC programming experience on Turning Centers is required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• CAD/CAM software experience (Mastercam preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Leadership or mentoring experience a plus.

Education & Physical Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or CNC certification a plus.
• Work in a moderately noisy environment, computer work up to 8 hours/day, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, PPE use required.
