Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our team. This role involves coordinating and assisting Clinical Research Coordinators and the rest of the team in the clinical and administrative activities of.

Key Responsibilities:

Laboratory Duties:

• Perform venipuncture, process, pack, and ship samples following IATA regulations.
• Review and file laboratory results, ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitor and order study lab kits and supplies as needed.
• Supply chain responsibility for lab.

Patient Recruitment and Screening:

• Proactively recruit study patients and conduct phone screenings according to protocols.
• Ensure patient consent forms are read, understood, and properly signed; provide patients with
• copies of consent forms.

Data Management:

• Collect clinical data including chart documentation, patient histories, medications, vital signs,
• ECGs, and protocol-required procedures.
• Utilize Electronic Data Capture systems and ensure accurate data entry in CTMS (clinical trail management system)

Study Support:

• Assist Clinical Research Coordinators in daily tasks, including organizing necessary documents and materials.
• Assist with daily administrative duties.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Comply with all HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, FDA, and ICH regulations, as well as confidentiality agreements.
