Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an individual who has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment to fill the position of **Branch Service Manager** for our branch in Cypress, CA. The selected candidate will: + Supervise the work, assignments, and schedule of the Service Technicians and profitability of the Service Department + Provide technical and engineering support to Service Technicians and customers for installations, start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting + Assist in generating quotes for service repairs/maintenance agreements + Implement and maintain a comprehensive Service Technician training program + Work with the sales force to ensure proper installation and design + Maintain the parts department including inventory The successful candidate's background will include: + High School Diploma (required); College degree (preferred) + 3 years supervisory and coordinator experience in an industrial environment + Mechanical and technical aptitude + The ability to multitask + Excellent phone and customer service skills + Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook (required) + SAP experience strongly preferred + Clean driving record (required) Salary range $95,000-$110,000, to commensurate with experience.
