A boutique hospitality group is seeking a Group Hotel General Manager to oversee operations at a top-tier mountain resort in Highlands, NC. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guest experience, team development, and operational excellence. Ideal for a GM ready to run a property like they own it.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations across departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance)
• Drive financial results, manage budgets, control costs, and own P&L
• Deliver high-touch guest service while maintaining high operational standards
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing hospitality team
• Collaborate with ownership on strategy, performance, and growth
• Maintain compliance with brand, safety, and quality standards

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of experience as a Hotel GM in boutique, resort, or full-service hotels
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Skilled in operations, guest relations, and financial management
• Ready to thrive in a close-knit community and remote mountain setting
• Relocation-friendly or based within driving distance (Asheville, Greenville, Atlanta, etc.)
