Job Opportunity:
Bilingual Import/Export CSR (English/Mandarin)
Location: Manhasset, NY 11030
Type: Direct Hire
Language Requirement: Mandarin
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Full-time opportunity

Responsibilities:
-Process and manage clients' Purchase Orders and related documentation for customs clearance.
-Communicate clearly and effectively with origin teams, SSL, Airlines, and customers, providing comprehensive shipping details, pricing, tracking and tracing information, and updates on any delays.
-Confirm all details on purchase orders with suppliers and clients to ensure accuracy in shipping time, quantities, or reasons for delay.
-Coordinate with the Customs Broker Division to ensure timely entry and issuance of Delivery Orders.
-Follow up on destinations to ensure all releases are in order, expediting cargo delivery without delay.
-Perform relevant milestone updates in the system to facilitate timely file closure and invoicing.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree Required.
-Minimum 5 years of logistics experience required.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Clear verbal and written communication skills.
-Detail-oriented with a working knowledge of Import/Export regulations related to Ocean and Air Transportation.
-Career and goal-oriented mindset.
