Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the daily management and operations of assigned properties
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests, maintenance issues, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate repairs, service contracts, and property inspections to maintain building standards
  • Support vendor management including vendor compliance, drafting service contracts and collecting vendor required insurance and other contract documents.
  • Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease abstracts, commencement and turn over letters and tracking key dates.
  • Monitor rent collections and follow up on delinquencies as needed
  • Assist with annual NNN reconciliations including gathering supporting documentation and timely and accurately sending out packages to tenants.
  • Have understanding of basic lease terms and ability to summarize for lease abstracting.
  • Participate in budget preparation, expense tracking, and monthly financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to property operations and tenants
  • Provide administrative support including correspondence, document preparation, and scheduling

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial, retail property management administration or management REQUIRED
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced skills in Excel and Word; experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
