ACCOUNTING CLERK
$20.00-$30.00 Hourly
Yakima Housing Authority has an opportunity for a full-time Accounting Clerk. Primary responsibilities-- Under general supervision, process and perform various bookkeeping and financial functions of the accounting department, ensuring their procedural compliance, accuracy, and that deadlines are met.

Minimum Qualifications:
Working knowledge of accounting principles, ability to effectively communicate courteously and professionally, ability to work independently and as a team member, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting systems along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. High School diploma or GED; AND two years of work experience in a professional office environment; AND the ability to perform the work.
