The candidate must reside within the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Maryland, and Northern Virginia region.

Entry Level Accountant/Fiscal Analyst/Purchasing Agent

• Individuals must have a minimum of one-two years experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, or finance operation.

• The individual must understand a chart of accounts structure, have experience in the use of accounting software applications, and be proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• The individual must be able to be trained to complete entry level tasks of an accounting/finance/purchasing function with minimal supervision.

• Must be timely and accurate and able to complete account reconciliations timely.

• Must be able to create, edit and update complex spreadsheets for assigned projects. Must have ability to read and interpret financial statements, regulations, procedures, and reports.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related subjects is required. Experience may NOT be substituted for a bachelors degree.
