Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr ADA Accessibility Tester / Front-End Remediation Specialist We are seeking an ADA Accessibility Tester with hands‑on front‑end remediation experience to support ongoing accessibility compliance work across several web applications. The ideal candidate is someone who can both identify ADA/WCAG issues and directly update CSS and front‑end code to resolve them. This role will work closely with a small, collaborative technical team to meet an upcoming accessibility compliance milestone. Responsibilities Review web pages and UI components for ADA and WCAG 2.1 compliance Perform hands‑on remediation including CSS updates and front‑end adjustments Use accessibility testing tools and screen readers to verify fixes Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure remediated updates are implemented smoothly Support remediation across multiple existing applications and portals Participate in daily check‑ins and work independently to complete assigned tasks Required Skills Strong experience in CSS remediation and front‑end UI adjustments Understanding of WCAG 2.1 standards and ability to identify accessibility issues Experience working in Visual Studio or similar Microsoft development environments General familiarity with front‑end frameworks where C# is present (no backend experience required) Preferred Experience Accessibility testing tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, JAWS, or NVDA SharePoint Framework or other Microsoft web technologies Background in front‑end development or software testing Accessibility certifications (Trusted Tester, CPACC, WAS) are a plus but not required Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting and Digital Accessibility Services Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Brooksource
